Dealers shape what gets built. We bring the building.

How we listen

I can build a lot of things. What I can't do from a keyboard is feel what it's like to work a lot on a Saturday with a quota hanging over you. So I listen first. Every feature on the roadmap starts with something a dealer or rep said they love or can't stand, and every "no" on the roadmap has a reason too.

I listen because I care. Here's what we heard, and where we heard it.

How we did it

Built from a review of 61 public sources across 21 sites (Oct 15 to 16, 2026), gathered by web research, not a survey we ran. 25 sources from 11 publishers made the cut and are linked below.

  • About 34 web searches, then each tool's public review pages, opened directly.
  • Every page was opened again on Oct 16, 2026. Each quote was checked word for word, and each number was checked against the page.
  • Anything we couldn't confirm again was left out. No numbers were estimated.

What to keep in mind

  • Most of the 64 cited rows are about sales tools in general, not only dealerships. The dealer-specific rows come from a dealer forum, dealer CRM reviews, and mystery-shop studies.
  • Mystery-shop studies measure what stores do, not how they feel.
  • Review-site theme counts come from the site's own AI summary and change over time. Review sites lean positive.
  • Some sources are written by vendors. We note the publisher on every source and quote only independent studies. Where a source is about a specific product, we describe it generically and link it so you can read it yourself.
  • Some review sites may ask you to confirm you're human before the page opens.

The best roadmap items came from someone in the trenches saying "this drives me nuts." Reps on the desk can send a bug or an idea from Requests & feedback. When one ships, you get a star (idea) or a 🐜 (bug fixed), and it shows up on the roadmap.

See what we built from it on the roadmap, including what we won't build and why.
